Child Safety Standards

ProfileMax is an AI dating profile coach for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to ProfileMax on the website (getprofilemax.com) and in the ProfileMax app.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProfileMax. It is not available to minors (see the Terms of Use).

2. What we prohibit

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
Photos of anyone under 18.
Using ProfileMax to groom, contact or arrange to meet a minor, or to help anyone else do so.

3. How ProfileMax protects minors

Every photo in a Free Photo Check is screened automatically for anyone who may be under 18. If a photo may show a minor, the whole check is refused: nothing about it is stored and the flagged photos are deleted.
MAX, our AI coach, does not help with any conversation that involves someone who may be a minor, and never writes sexually explicit content.

4. How to report

If you see content or behavior involving a minor on ProfileMax, and choose "Report misuse", on the website or in the app, or email info@getprofilemax.com. In the app you can also report any reply from MAX.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

5. What we do

When we learn of child sexual abuse or exploitation on ProfileMax, we remove the content, close the accounts involved and report it to the relevant authorities, as the law requires.
